Pharmakode ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PillTrack mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

PillTrack is designed with a privacy-first approach. We believe your health data belongs to you and should remain entirely under your control.

2. Data Collection and Storage

• 100% Local Storage: PillTrack does not use external servers to store your personal or medical information. All data you enter into the app (including medication names, dosages, schedules, and inventory counts) is stored locally on your device's internal memory.
• No Data Collection by Us: We do not collect, transmit, sync, or sell any of your personal or health data. Because your data never leaves your device, we have no access to it.

3. Permissions

To function properly, the Service may request the following permissions on your device:

• Notifications: To send you local reminders to take your medications. These are scheduled and triggered directly on your device.
• Biometric Authentication: If you enable the "Biometric Lock" feature, the app uses your device's native biometric hardware (Face ID / Touch ID) to secure access. We do not collect or have access to your fingerprint or facial recognition data.

4. PDF Export

The Service allows you to generate a PDF report of your medications. This document is generated entirely locally on your device. You are solely responsible for how you share or distribute this exported file.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
